Returns
We do not accept returns. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it. EU and EEA customers purchasing globes have the right to withdraw - see below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@grasshoppergeography.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 10 days to indicate a problem after receiving your item. If you notify a problem to us we will replace any products that are materially defective or damaged, at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it. EU and EEA customers purchasing globes are entitled to a full refund upon withdrawal - see below.

EU Right of Withdrawal
All our maps and prints are produced on demand to order. As such, they constitute goods made to specification and are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2023/2673 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This exemption applies to all print products in our range.

Our globes are stocked items. If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a globe purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@grasshoppergeography.com with your name and order number. We will confirm receipt by email.

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs for globe orders are at the customer's expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order.
