The Roots of the Vikings - Our Maps in a Book About Scandinavian History
A little over a year ago, we wrote about Norwegian historian and DNA researcher Sturla Ellingvåg and how he uses our river basin maps in his work on Viking history. We're happy to share the next chapter of that story.
Sturla's book, written together with Wolfgang Wee, has now been published in English under the title The Roots of the Vikings. Originally released in Norwegian as 12,000 år med norsk historie, it's an exciting journey through 12,000 years of Norwegian history, and our maps are part of it.
