Shipping policy

All prints are robustly packaged. Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

Photographic prints are flat-packed in individual, white-label packets.

All framed, acrylic and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

All globes are carefully placed in strong cardboard boxes, with two additional layers of protection between the box and the globe.

The packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your replacement is shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

Shipping

We ship globally. (No pun intended.)

We offer free tracked shipping on (almost) all of our wall art (except some of our older products which we are gradually removing in the next few months).

Shipping prices for globes are divided into 8 zones, which are the following:

Zone 1: all EU countries and Monaco: Free Shipping
Zone 2: United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) and Switzerland: $20
Zone 3: Rest of Europe (not included in zone 1, 2 and 4): $25
Zone 4: Russia: $30
Zone 5: North, South and Central America (Including Greenland): $45
Zone 6: North Africa, Middle East: $40
Zone 7: Asia, Africa (without North Africa, Middle East): $65
Zone 8: Australia & Oceania: $90

If you order different products or sizes, you might receive them in separate packages and with different tracking info.

Delivery standards for wall art are 2-10 business days, but delays can occur. All wall art and globe orders are sent with tracked shipping.
